If you fill out our price list form a
confirmation email is sent to your email address automatically within a few
minutes. If you have not received this email you may have
filled out your email address incorrectly. Please resend the form
with your correct email address. |

received the confirmation email but have not received the price

Usually, we send out out the price lists at the
end of each working day, but please allow 2 working days in which to
receive a price list email. |

You should have received the price list by now.
You may have an email filter/junk folder which may be removing our
emails from your inbox. Please allow the email
info@honeypotcosmetics.com to your address book or safe senders list and contact
us for a new price list. |

If the above has not solved the problem, then it
may be that your email inbox is over quota and cannot accept any
large incoming emails. You may need to make room in your inbox and
contact us for a new price list to be sent |

I have received the price list attachment
but I cannot open it? |
If you are unable to open the price list
it may be that you do not have the relevant software (Adobe Acrobat
Reader) installed on your computer. You can download Adobe Acrobat
Reader free from their
site
