If you are unable to open the price list
it may be that you do not have the relevant software (Adobe Acrobat
Reader) installed in your computer. You can download Adobe Acrobat
Reader free from their
site

I cannot open the order form to email my
order? |
|
If you are unable to open the order form, it may
be you do not have the relevant software (Microsoft Excel) installed on your computer.
Simply send us your order on a regular email with your full delivery
address and we will work everything out for you |

I have sent my order, but have not heard a
reply? |

Once we receive your order it is processed
usually on the same day and an email proforma sent out to you.
However, during busy periods of business this may be difficult to do
in which case the order will be processed as soon as possible |

Normally, when you send us your order you will
receive an email in reply with our proforma and payment details
